The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, the heating was hard to regulate, and the windows were difficult to open. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay pleasant. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and shopping areas. The dining experience was satisfactory, although there were ongoing alterations that limited options.

7.8/10

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was great, close to shops and right in the center of everything. The service was super friendly, and they went out of their way to solve any small problems immediately. The dining experience was exceptional with extremely helpful staff and a recently refurbed setting. However, it was disappointing to see Health and Safety regulations not being followed. Overall, a good base location with excellent service and exceptional dining.
